  • For customized orders, cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order (if not already processed).

Cancellations Not Accepted:

  • Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • Orders that are already in the processing or customization phase may not be eligible for cancellation.
